I bought an Inspiron 1764 laptop mainly because of the combination of specifications, characteristics and the price is unbeatable.

Damage to the system immediately after installing security software and office base. It does not connect to my HP printer. There was a local network and driving errors and crashes often BlueScreen crashes and other problems. well so far this machine has worked well as that laptop. I'm still discovering the potential of face recognition. Can someone please help me, because I bought 2 Dell laptops that week and all claim to have the face recognition software and I'm still seeing walk. thanks i appreciate if anyone can help me. Similarly, when I looked at this product, it would have 500GB hard drive, but the real thing is not to 450GD. that other aspect, it worked very well so far. please i need an explanation thank you again in advance for explanations

Great desktop replacement!

Bought this as our first notebook. It is great! Nearly full-size keyboard and keypad Digital is a big plus. It is important that we will probably not travel with it much, but obviously could if we needed to take it with us. Size of the screen was the determining factor for this purchase because the larger size makes viewing easy because our eyes are not as good as they once were.

UPDATE:::: 3 + Weeks since I am now .... More programs bulky (even those that run at boot time) / games / videos have disappeared, but the performance is absolutely the same. The audio features of this laptop is simply beautiful .... I have an HDTV and a Sony home theater system. When I connect this computer Portable TV and listen to MP3 music, audio output is just incredible .... Made me feel like dancing rhythm .... I compare this with a computer Gateway laptop 2 years that I have (no HDMI connectivity, then use VGA cables instead ... So, I understand that I am not comparing apples with apples But still .... ). I do not use this laptop mainly for gaming ... But I tried to play Tales of the Monkey Island complete high settings, and video and audio were great. Connect it to your HDTV and improve the experience .....

I went for it in a store BestBuy near me .... In fact, I learned to compare it with the i3 basic laptops .... I rebooted all systems and then tried to open programs at the same time and clocked .... I5 has a way more time higher charge compared to i3 and Systems Core 2 Duo. Note that BB has the same software installed on all its laptops (also long as the operating system is the same).

I loved the big screen ... My requirement is a laptop desk replacement that would mostly be moved only in my house ... Thus, the weight of this product does not bother me much. If your main requirement is mobility, not going for this notebook ... It can be quite heavy ....

After hearing loads of negative comments about Windows 7, I never expected not too out of it ... However, I'm starting to like it a lot ... It has some nice features that I find the real user friendly .... Especially the tray shortcut on the top of your screen .... It's so customizable and handy ... U are not minimize open windows to access ... Just take the pointer on top of the screen and pressed for a second or two, and it appears ... No more clumsy icons on the desktop .....

Windows 7 Aero theme looks pretty amazing too .... Note that it takes a lot of memory if ... The configuration of this system has no problems handling it .... I loaded my system with loads of software and even the boot time is incredibly fast ... Shutdown is still more ....

Battery life is good enough for a laptop with the screen size of this magnitude ....

One last thing is: The function keys are by default configured for use with the Fn key only .... For example pressing the F1 key on your keyboard should open the monitor selected option and not using a particular software ..... To do this, you press the "Fn" + F1 ... I felt this to be an embarrassment, as I use Alt + F4 to close windows. This does not work like F4 is attributed to a mute button and the laptop turns off the sound instead ....

However, I recently realized that this feature could be modified by going into the BIOS. Mingle around the tabs and you should be able to find this option .... Once you change this default the function keys and not the media keys .... Everything would be perfect (at least it was for me:))
