Recruit and retain the perfect client
Have you ever had a client that you hated the service? Someone who has been a real pain in the you-know-what? Of course, they were paying customers, but they are often paid late, prices haggled inappropriately, had tons of questions, asked more and more of your time, and probably have been rude, even for you or your staff. How do you keep the perfect client, perfect? If you had to work to find these people, make sure the service and quality they deserve. Here are 3 simple ways in the service of Perfect Client:
Superior quality service ·: This should go without saying, but your primary service or product must be unquestionable quality. Your customer service should be as if you were serving a celebrity news reporter or influence each time. Your employees should be on the same page with that concept. Every customer interaction should take place as a marketing opportunity. Whenever they have a positive experience, they will tell 5 people but whenever they have a negative experience they tell 20 people. If their experience is uneventful, they tell no one.
· Maintenance and professional references Device You must have enough open communication with your customers via interactions face-to-face, newsletters, online communications, or even a box filing comments to know what other issues they face. You should know what is the charge of other issues your customers and try to help. namely, a center must be able to offer an evening of babysitting as well as local hot spots for parents night out for a night.Additional and personal service like this goes a long way. Too often we only get involved in organizations around our profession ie. You are a private chef in a room full of chefs Il. would be much more advantageous to be a private chef at a meeting PTA, club or country meeting of the neighborhood association. Surround yourself with customers, not competition.
· Request a reference: It's not as intrusive as you think. If you know you've done a good job and you have a good relationship with your customers, ask them if they know someone else who might be interested. Give them a kind of traceability benefits to do this for you. Monitoring Guidance and give the reward you have promised.
